1. We didn't test the theme RTL Arabic with WPML. The Loco-Translate is available here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
2. We will update the theme and will include the latest version of wpbakery plugin.
3. WP Rocket is the one we use for our themes.
4. Modify the child of casaRoyal theme: https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-theme-configurator/
