For best results the agencies must be created in front end, using registration form. The font registration form creates a user and a custom post type that are linked together.

My ticket was closed with no answer.

I created a new Agency with different names and not showing up on the list when I create a new agent. 
I am not sure if I need to take another step to be able to make it appear on the list. 
Only the ones with the demo are showing, I am not sure how to make the newly created also to show on the list.
