I have got my hosting provider to make these changes, but it is still being stuck at this stage now.

Can you ask please to increase this options in php server settings:
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 128M
post_max_size = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000

It seams that there is a restriction (Server firewall) to ajax-admin.php file:
Can you ask the hosting to remove the restriction to it.

I have bought the RoyalStudio theme, but when I am importing the demo data it remains like this for ages.

Is this normal or is there a reason it's not progressing?
