The issues are from functions from child theme. Please contact the person who customized it. We offer support for our theme and functions that are from our theme.

Anyway, the back is functionnal but the front end is no longer reachable!

Hey Agnes,

There is an issue with child theme. There are some functions there that are not supposed to be there. I commented them and now the website is back. It is possible that this was causing the issue with the prices too.

Have you made changes of theme functions in child theme?
