Add this CSS code in Customizer -> Additional CSS
.property-flexslider ul.slides li { height: 500px; }
right now it is:
.property-flexslider ul.slides li { height: 760px; }

You can make it smaller using the visual composer. In page edit, open visual composer editor and in section options where the slider is located select to have it default Row stretch.
